I had tried to go to the catacombs since the very beginning of the fall semester only to see every time (5!) that they were closed and that there was absolutely no timetable as to when they would open. They re-opened the last day I was there. With no announcement. I missed them. Just great.

Forgot to share this during ccchhhhhanukah, but I got another waffle sweater! This brings the count up to three. One more and I’ll almost never have to repeat in a month on waffle wednesdays.
Went here for my “welcome home” dinner tonight. Soooo goood. One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to, including the plethora in the city. We go about once a year, and it never disappoints.

The drinking age is stupid. The UPS guys just tried to deliver a gift box to my house, but he needed a 21 year old to sign it. I asked him why, since I’ve been signing for packages since I was wee, and he told me that the box contained wine. Since nobody over 21 was home to sign for it, he had to take the package back and deliver it tomorrow when someone over 21 was here. So, since the...
